Our skilled team, based in Halstead, Essex, is equipped with the latest Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) equipment, to guarantee quality, consistency and shorter lead times as well as the versatility for bespoke projects designed to the specific needs of our customers.

We also manufacture spares for existing spraybooths, including heat exchangers, silencers and fan boxes.

In addition, our in-house electronics department is responsible for design and manufacture of all our spraybooth control panels, which includes development of some of the most sophisticated operating software seen in the spraybooth industry.

Our R&D team are continually looking at new ways to improve the efficiency and performance of both new and existing spraybooths, with recent developments that include our unique EMAC system, moveable spraybooths and ever more efficient combustion systems.
